Griots Garage Contour Trim Applicators, Set of 2
Ingenious design makes for precise application of trim dressings.
If you think Griot’s Garage Contour Trim Applicators are oddly shaped, you’re not the only one! While they make look strange, these ingeniously designed applicators deliver controlled, precise application of trim dressings and protectants. Regular application of a plastic trim protectant or dressing ensures these surfaces remain clean and black, but it can often be a messy task – until now! Griot’s Garage Contour Trim Applicators are among the best applicator pads we’ve ever tested.
Each side of the Griot’s Garage Contour Trim Applicator serves a unique purpose. Use the pointed side for precise application to window and door moldings, the rounded end for even application on medium surfaces, and the flat side when you really need to cover ground. Applying trim dressings and protectants doesn’t have to be messy thanks to Griot’s Garage Contour Trim Applicators.
These machine washable applicators are made with tough, durable foam that won't rip and tear, plus they help clean ground-in dirt and grime while you apply protectant, dressing, or cleaner.

Great applicators for hard to reach spots
June 7, 2022
These are perfect for interior use when accuracy is important. Makes getting the product exactly where you want it easy and makes interior detailing a lot faster. Also good for exterior trim.

Best applicator I've used
April 18, 2020
I like this applicator for applying trim treatment to my 2016 Outback. All the different surfaces on the applicator let me get all the hard to reach spots, and I can apply an even coat across the entire surface of larger areas all without getting anything on the paint. The applicator doesn't absorb too much product and cleans up nicely with some pad cleaner and/or a trip through the washing machine. However, I find that it's hard to completely remove Wolfgang Exterior Trim Sealant from the applicator for some reason, so I have one applicator dedicated to that product.
Versatile, good for large and small areas, doesn't absorb too much product.
None so far.

Now here's a nice all-in-one applicator

I'm wondering why this didn't hit the market sooner, but I'm glad it did. This is like the Swiss army knife of applicators. It's designed for just about any scenario when a product needs to be applied in a broad stroke over a panel or a small narrow trim strip. Definitely a must-have item to have in your detailing arsenal.
Well designed for just about any detailing scenario.
Well suited for spaces that are narrow or a bit tight.
Flushes well with water.
