Griots Garage Brilliant Finish Synthetic Clay is a handheld clay alternative that provides a thorough clean your car’s paint. I personally love it because for some reason my large hands drop regular clay in the dirt A LOT! I just cannot help it. I have to throw away multiple clay bars before they are used up, which is expensive. This item is perfect for me because all I have to do is rinse it off well and get back to work. Saves me a lot of money.

Outstanding product, I highly recommend! Used it last weekend to decontaminate the paint on a White M5 in order to prep for a Sealant / Wax combo, and WOW did this deliver! It's ergonomic handle was so easy to hold onto during the process w/ out fear of dropping a $20 dollar piece of clay that will have to be tossed! It was quick, effortless, and I could see it pulling of the little orange spots you can see on White paint w/each pass especially on the back of the car that is usually really dirty. No kneading required, love it. Griot's you have knocked it out of the park on this item, well done!!
The ergonomics of the handle or grip versus that of a Mitt or towel. Price is comparable to most clay bars. There is NO kneading required and best of all. If you drop it, you don't have to toss it like clay. You can pick it up, spray it off and keep on going w/ out fear of marring your paint.
