On Apri 30th I ordered a bottle of Flitz Instant Calcium and Rust Rust Remover. When it arrived on May 10th, the cardboard box was wet, and had a hole in it. When I opened the box, the bottle was leaking and was only half full. So...I call your customer service number and spoke with (?) on extension #509. She was awesome! Said she would send me a replacement at no charge. Great customer service! Anyway, I ordered this product to remove rust on the bathroom fixtures in our house and two rentals. The stuff I had been using is no longer available, to I've been searching for something new. I believe I have found it, with the Flitz product. Y'all are awesome and I will be a returning customer. Thanks so much! And thanks to my gal on extension #509.
