Mothers Speed Clay 2.0 is constructed using patented rubber polymer technology. This advanced rubber coating is laminated to an ergonomic palm grip that is comfortable to hold onto, even with wet hands! This coating works to quickly shear off bonded contaminants, including those that are embedded into the paint. This leaves your vehicle’s paint smooth, glossy, and ready for polishing and waxing.
Mothers Speed Clay 2.0 is designed to be used in conjunction with Mothers Speed Spray Wax. Simply mist a panel with spray wax and gently rub the Speed Clay back and forth until the paint is smooth. Wipe the wax with a soft microfiber towel and then move onto the next section.

Works pretty good

It has great grip but it doesn't seem to get everything. I would rather use a clay mitt/sponge.

My preferred tool for claying. drop it in your wash bucket and clay as you wash. with all the sponges and towels out there, spend roughly 23 on this or about 45 on other options.

Quicker than traditional clay

Speed clay really sped up the decon process for me. I always used this after a hand wash, and would foam the car to use as clay lube.
Only two downsides I found:
1. The comfortable design means you can't get under door handles or tighter crevices. So you can't abandon traditional clay all together.
2. The black coloring leaves me guessing as to when I should rinse off. I once clayed over several panels, only to a super tiny piece of pebble embedded on the "clay!" How long was it there?! The car was already rather swirly, so I couldn't tell how much damage I did, but I would have lost my mind if this happened after I spent hours previously buffing a paint to perfection.

Hard to know when to rinse it (unlike traditional clay which you can see)
