Great as long as you can keep them from everybody that hates to dig out the DA for a 2 inch scratch.
Great for sanding small scratches

Overall an amazing item to have in your arsinal. Helps conform the disk to the surface (not perfect but definitely better then a hard back). I took off one star due to the edge of the pad starting to pull (the soft part of the velcro that the disk stick to). Even being extremely careful since the start, this has started to lift slightly. Hope this will not continue to be an issue.

Using this foam Interface Pad between the Griot's 3 Inch polisher and the 3000 grit sanding disc makes the perfect wet sanding combination. This helps level and smooth the paint or clear being sanding without applying too much pressure on peaks and edges of a body panel. If you have the polisher and the sanding disc, get this pad! It's worth it's weight in gold.
