Uro-Tec 1 inch Buff and Shine Light Yellow Polishing Foam Pad 6 Pack
Use the Yellow Pad with finishing polishes or, for darker colors, one-step polishing compounds. This soft, open-cell foam finishes as well as the White Pad on light colors and metallic finishes. The Yellow Pad will be a popular choice for detailers that frequently use one-step cleaner waxes.

These are light polishing foam pads. I normally use this outright for newer vehicles. Those with more than 4 months on them would normally require the maroon pad - but it really depends on the driver, environment, and maintenance of the vehicle.
These work great and they finish great.
