What is Colloidal Action? First, let’s go over what a colloid is NOT. It is not a soap, detergent, or petroleum solvent. It is not toxic, and it does not have a flash point. Colloid cleaners inside 303 Convertible Top Cleaner are a homogeneous blend of colloid sequesterants, surfactants and hyper-wetting agents that becomes super-active when processed together. It is helpful to think of this cleaning action parallel to the reaction of the atom in an atomic explosion. The atoms in the colloid lift, separate and hold in suspension the oils, grease, dust, and soils which have been penetrated. Colloids penetrate into grease, oil and other soils through a technological design like no other cleaner. In fresh or salt water, combined with other solvents or alone, 303's colloid cleaners will continue to clean.

Worked well on Softopper

I drove my truck in the mud, let it get caked on in the sun, and was at my wits end trying to get the mud stains out of the vinyl topper fabric. Someone recommended 303 Convertible Top cleaner and after saturating the topper with it, I used a coarse plastic brush, scrubbed and scrubbed, needed more of the solution, but eventually was able to get all the caked on mud out of the topper fabric. I am rating it a 4 star because it needed so much of the solution to get results- not simply a spray and wipe off solution.
Worked getting sun baked mud out of my black Softopper. Didn't strip the color of the fabric
Used up an entire bottle for one cleaning.
