P21S Wheel Cleaner- 1000 ml Refill-*Gel (33.8 oz.)
P21S Gel Wheel Cleaner - for wheels that tend to soil heavily due to higher braking speeds, softer brake pads or infrequent cleaning. Spray on, allow to stand up to two hours, touch stubborn spots with a sponge and rinse off with a sharp stream of water. Gel composition clings to vertical surfaces to provide increased cleaning effect. Accepts sprayer from 500 ml. bottle.

Works well just spray on the wheels and leave it until you're ready to brush. The wheels shine like new.
You can let it soak.

This stuff works really good! Spray on, since its a gel it sticks a bit better than most other sprays. Cleans very good and makes scrubbing easy. Would buy again!!!

My Buick's front wheels were impervious to cleaning with anything I tried; I stumbled across P21S gel and gave it a try. Let it set for half hour, and a strong stream of water will really surprise you. Haven't tried the regular; I need the gel.
